Three-dimensional folk art relief by Pennsylvania artist Aaron Zook, depicting a traditional harvest-time farm scene. The composition features rows of harvested fields lined with standing grain shocks leading the viewer toward a grouping of red and white farm buildings. Framed by trees on either side, the landscape stretches into the distance under a bright blue sky dotted with clouds. Zook uses layered relief carving to create depth and perspective, with the grain shocks projecting prominently into the foreground and guiding the eye toward the farmstead beyond. Warm earth tones, golden harvest colors, and vibrant red buildings contrast beautifully with the cool sky, while the textured fields and trees create visual appeal. The scene conveys both the abundance of harvest season and the enduring appeal of rural agricultural life. This piece is a quarter of a four-piece seasonal set.
