Handcrafted rocking chair signed by Pennsylvania folk artist Aaron Zook, featuring a black painted surface enhanced with traditional Pennsylvania Dutch-style floral decoration and gilt accents. The chair is adorned with hand-painted floral motifs on the crest rail, splat, and seat apron, while gold striping and stylized corner flourishes provide visual contrast against the dark ground. The classic rocking chair form is complemented by the decorative painted surface, creating a functional piece of folk art that reflects the regional artistic traditions of the Pennsylvania Dutch.
